The Bad Bean...

New Taqueria called the Bad Bean just opened. We were waiting to get the keys to our house and we were hungry, so in we went. Yummmmm it was pretty solid... Apparently the fish tacos were solid, my beef brisket tostada was solid.There was tons of awkwardness, because the waitress started reading us specials and we didn't have menus, so we just assumed they didn't have menus and they just had what she was listing off... Then we found out that they weren't that crazy and abnormal.

Later we went ambulance chasing after we could find the Man U vs Barcelona game on at a sports bar or restaurant. We found what appeared to be a a biker getting run over by a truck... :-/

We're here and at the beach!!

So we are throwing the frisbees and eating Keith's "cracker nuts". James is leading frisbee catchers into the freezing water, "accidentally".

Yesterday Keith, Joe, Juday (the mongoose), and Joe went to go find a place that had Fox Soccer Channel, all the places that said they had it, didn't. So we didn't get to see the Manchester United vs Barcelona game. Oh well.

Scooter and Pret got here this morning. More later... When I'm not on my phone.

It's here, ok I lied... it's been here for a few days already, but didn't write anything yet.

Here is us arriving at our house. It took them a while to clean it up, so we went to 5 guys and then picked up some wax for the surf boards.











This is our top floor. You can see the water out our kitchen and living room, and the eat in part of the kitchen.














Here is a pic of the 6 avocados used to make the guac we had as an appetizer before we downed 10 lbs of Pulled Pork BBQ prepared for 12 hours in Matt's smoker.












Breakfast this morning... Matt made biscuits, Joe made sweet tea. Yummmmm

Shark attack...

Soooo, Keith said that it wouldn't be possible for someone to swim from one end of the pool and back twice underwater... I took said challenge, and began swimming, I got to the other side and turned around and pushed off the wall and I ended up going straight down into the bottom of the pool. My nose hit first...

Mama Kwan's...

We ate out at Mama Kwan's tonight, for our yearly Mama Kwan's trip. I usually get the fish tacos, and this year was no different. MMMM Mahi Mahi plus cabbage and rice and cheese and lime sour cream. Yum.

On the way back Greenday's Basket Case played on the radio. It was amazing, to hear while driving in the Jeep with the summer beach breeze and great friends... Awesomeness.

Time to chill out and relax the rest of the night.
